Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges or Refunds
We offer free returns or exchanges within 7days of receiving your order. You may return your order (or items) for any of the following reasons:
- Your products do not match the website specifications or description
- You receive the wrong items in your package

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
- Returned items must be returned in original packaging
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
- Items are not returnable if customer changed their mind and no longer wanted the item

- No refunds for order not collected after a month from the date of the pick up notification.
